I think this is probably a requirement for traders to set events. To be honest, why limit it to these simple oldschool rules. Wouldn't it be possible to make a more generic "if-then"-implementation. Maybe using a kind of blockly interface or so? GLQ is another project I think may take of in the future. Not so important for dhedge, but the goal is to make smart contracts easier to contract (visual coding). Anyway, just wondering why limit the possibilities to stop limit, ... on price. You could design more advanced metrics based on other metrics. Of course, you can probably also use the bot-interface for that I suppose?

Just thinking out loud here. Traders are used to stop-limits, ... of course, so that would make it familiar.
