Yes, most people now will go through their exchange, but then you have multiple steps:

book fiat into exchange

move to ethereum wallet

convert to dtop

instead of: buy fiat directly into wallet using changelly or torus

It depends on the interest ofcourse and it would need some marketing as a nice-to-use defi-fund."
